There are three possible gradings here:

• IOTN 4c-for crossbite with > 2mm discrepancy between RCP and ICP
• IOTN 4d-for contact point displacement > 4mm
• IOTN 4h – for hypodontia (missing lower 5’s)

Missing comes before Displacement and Crossbite in MOCDO - so the grade is 4h
