Additional Information

Bullet point Buccal occlusion.  Canines, premolars and molars interdigitate fully whether or not they are Class II or Class III.   If they don't then record a 2g.
Bullet point Crossbite.   A tooth is in crossbite if:
Bullet point Anterior - 1-3 incisors are in lingual occlusion.
Bullet point Posterior - Cusp-to-cusp or full crossbite.
Crowding. If the space between two teeth next to an unerupted tooth is less than 4mm then the tooth is regarded as impacted and grade 5i is recorded.
Bullet point Contact point displacements.  Measured between anatomical contact points when permanent teeth deviate from the line of the arch.   Not measured if any deciduous teeth are involved.
Bullet point Impeded eruption.
Bullet point Tooth unerupted due to contact of or close approximation of adjacent teeth - That's an impaction and it's 5i
Bullet point Tooth erupted but not enough room?  Then look at the contact point displacement.  If the tooth has only partially erupted and has tipped against the adjacent tooth then that's a 4t.
Bullet point Spacing. Spacing is not recorded.
